HB’s on the Gulf Restaurant At The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club Debuts New Winter Lunch, Dinner & Dessert Menus
NAPLES, FL (December 2019) – HB’s on the Gulf, the Gulf-front restaurant at the AAA Four-Diamond The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club, has unveiled new winter lunch, dinner and dessert menus. The new menus at the restaurant, which offers indoor dining with beautiful views of the Gulf and sunsets as well as an outdoor patio overlooking the white-sand beach and shimmering water, were created by HB’s on the Gulf’s Chef Jonathan Hornyak and his team.
The new dinner menu features such new small plate offerings as: Crab Cake with Dijon Vinaigrette; Grilled Flatbread; PEI Mussels; Pimento Spread; and Smoked Fish Dip. New dinner large plate options include: Scallops with Coconut Seafood Sauce; Bucatini Scoglio; Shrimp Sauté; Bone-In Beef Ribeye; Filet of Beef and Shrimp; and Smothered Kurobuta Pork Chop. The new dinner menu also features new twists on several dishes, including Gulf Black Grouper, Joyce Farms Chicken Breast, and Sea Bass. Salads on the new dinner menu include Crab Neapolitan, Local Farmers Salad, and Bibb Wedge.
HB’s new lunch menu features many of the same new small plate and salad options that are on the new dinner menu, such as Grilled Flatbread, Crab Cake, PEI Mussels, Local Farmers Salad, and Crab Neapolitan Salad. New large plates on the lunch menu include Smoked Tuna Salad, Crab Cake Sandwich, Grilled Chicken Wrap, Savory French Toast, Bison Burger, and Shrimp Pappardelle. HB’s popular Pineapple Boat Salad, BLT and Avocado, Grouper Sandwich, and Sirloin Burger remain from the previous menu.
In addition, the restaurant is offering a new dessert menu, which includes such tasty options as Blueberry Galette, Chocolate Terrine, Cheesecake Deluxe, and Frangipane Cake. HB’s popular Key Lime Pie remains on the menu.
In addition to its new cuisine options, HB’s offers an impressive wine and beverage menu, with more than 150 wine selections from around the world, and a numberof high-quality small production wines.
