She has held positions in conference services, catering sales, and group sales. Clarissa’s market is the Washington DC area plus regions in the Southeast-West and takes great pride in ensuring the success of each guest. |

A native of Vancouver, Canada, Claudia has been with the resort for over 7 years. Previously, Claudia has worked at Westin and Hilton Hotel properties with experience in both group sales and conference services. Claudia is responsible for the entire State of Florida, Georgia, Canada and all International Group Markets.

Originally from Columbus, Ohio (Go Buckeyes!), where Melissa's 15 –year hospitality career began; she moved to South Florida in 1994. She has held positions in sales support, catering sales, conference services quickly moving into group sales. Melissa previously worked at luxury resorts for Boca Resorts, Inc. and Noble House Hotels in Naples since 2000 and now brings her experience, tenacity and passion to the Naples Beach Hotel. Melissa prides herself on her client communications which is essential for strong long term business relationships as she represents the Northeast market. |

Her diverse background and congenial nature make her uniquely equipped to understand and accommodate the needs of her clients. Leanne’s market includes the Midwest region of the US. |

Executive Meeting Manager
A native Floridian, Clinton graduated from the Rosen School of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida. He has worked in Exposition Services and Sales, Catering, Conference Services and Group Sales throughout Central Florida and the Florida Keys. Clinton prides himself in providing personalized serviced with a professional, yet also laid-back style. He is responsible for booking and servicing your small group, board meeting or executive retreat and is happy to answer just about anything you could imagine to ask. |

Originally from Ohio, Jennifer has been at the resort since 1981, working many years in the Food and Beverage Department and Catering. She now uses her Marketing Degree in the Sales Department to assist in E-Marketing, reporting and analysis, watching over the business center, office operations and the hotel's Delphi system.

Born and raised right here in Naples (Yes, there are native Neapolitan!), Keisha brings her cheerful can-do attitude and talents to the sales staff. Keisha assists the sales managers in the office with correspondence, contracts and coordinating many very important tasks. |

Director of Catering / Conference Services
A native of New York, Susan has multiple years as a Meeting Planner, planning Domestic and International meetings from 30 people to over 3,000. Susan transferred her expertise in planning meetings for an organization to executing meetings for clients on the hotel side of the industry. At the resort, her responsibilities are coordinating weddings, social functions, fundraisers and local tradeshows, in addition to planning meetings for corporate groups.

Senior Manager / Catering & Conference Services
Originally from Maryland, Melissa has worked in many areas in the US and a few in England. Her hospitality experience is from Marriott, The Breakers, American Golf, Arvida Resorts and Gulfbay Hospitality. Past positions include Promotions and Marketing Coordinator, Director of Food & Beverage and Catering Director. She is knowledgeable in operations as well as sales, marketing, hiring and training. She happily moved to Naples in 2003 with her husband, ending their many years of job related moves.

Carrie is a Pennsylvania native who found her way to the Paradise Coast. She got her start in the hospitality business while still in high school, working for the Ambridge, PA, Country Club. After graduating from Mercyhurst College in Erie, PA, with a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management, Carrie honed her skills working for Marriott and Hilton. Carrie works tirelessly to ensure that her clients' events run smoothly. |

Born and raised in England, Sarah came to the United States on an internship with University of Huddersfield. After graduating with a degree in Hospitality Management, she used her knowledge and experience to manage the Front Office and Guest Services in Hilton and Marriott in New York City and New Jersey. Seeking the sunshine, Sarah moved to Florida and ventured into Catering and Conference Services, three years later, with experience at LXR and Boykin Sarah has over 150 weddings under her belt and numerous conferences. Here at the hotel, Sarah coordinates Weddings and details meetings and looks forward to assisting you with your Special Event and meeting needs.

Administrative Coordinator - Catering and Conference Service Dept.
Connie joined the Catering and Conference Services Department as Administrative Coordinator in 2007. She brings 20+ years of sales and management experience with her to The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club. Connie managed the Support Services department for a 150 employee law firm in Fort Myers before earning her GRI degree in real estate.
Connie's superior management skills, along with her outgoing, positive attitude and her dedication and determination to a job well done make her an asset to our team.
