Good Earthkeeping - Florida Certified Green Lodge

We are excited to announce that The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club is now a certified participant in Florida’s Green Lodging Program, having been awarded recently by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). The core requirements of the green lodge program include water conservation, energy efficiency, waste reduction, and clean air processes.

Currently, 638 of Florida’s approximately 5,000 South Florida resorts have successfully completed the DEP’s green lodge certification process.

Among our new initiatives are more energy-efficient lighting and a greater emphasis on recycling processes - both in-room and throughout the resort - to reduce our environmental footprint. We encourage our Florida golf resort neighbors and others within the industry to join in and help us preserve Florida’s natural beauty.
