Where possible we currently use "Green Sealed" cleaning products and detergents throughout the resort. These items have been certified to meet or exceed government standards for reduced human and aquatic toxicity. "Green Sealed" cleaning products used by our housekeeping department include: an all purpose cleaner, glass cleaner, air freshener and bathroom cleaner. In the kitchen areas they include: an all purpose cleaner, a spotless/deodorizer and an all purpose floor cleaner. In our laundry we are currently using a single step low alkaline detergent. This product has also reduced our water used per load by 18% and our energy consumption per load by 25%.

On our golf course and grounds areas we use EPA approved, organically based fertilizers, nutrients and pesticides. These products are site and pest specific and are applied by members of our management team that are certified and licensed in their proper use.

Our swimming pool and Spa whirlpools utilize Saline Purification Systems which provide the on-site production of the sanitizer necessary to maintain the water in a safe, healthy and algae-free condition. The sanitizer is produced through the electrolysis of salt which is added to the water, thus eliminating the need to add pool chlorine, algaecides and shock chemicals.
